Le Rêve Organic Molecular Absinthe 50cl

Le Rêve is a clear distilled absinthe produced using fifteen botanicals, including anise, fennel and wormwood. It has a long and complex palate, from traditional aniseed through to rich orange and floral notes. If drinking neat, add a small amount of water to allow the flavours to bloom.

The aniseed on the palate is pure aniseed-balls (for those of us of a certain age) but backed up by the citrus, woody, earthy aromatics promised by the aroma.
